It was along the Appalachian Trail where, Elijah, 21, from Vero Beach, FL learned about WWOOFing (Worldwide Opportunities on Organic Farms). Soon he travels to Thailand, where he will work on an organic farm in exchange for food and lodging. In the future he plans to start his own organic farm back in the States.
