I thought I was simply going for an early morning walk on Good Friday when I suddenly beheld Alejandro from Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in a loin cloth at the base of the walk-up trail preparing for his role as Jesus in the Via Crucis (Way of the Cross) reenactment on Stone Mountain. I feel enormously lucky to have experienced this service, and I must add, being part Hispanic myself, just how truly beautiful it was to be among so many people from the Hispanic community on the mountain all at once.
