Some various outtakes and images following another moving Good Friday reenactment of Via Crucis (Way of the Cross) this morning at Stone Mountain. One of the organizers, Constanza, told me that this is the 50th year that Atlanta's Hispanic religious community has presented the sorrowful passion play of Christ's crucifixion. Last year, I also witnessed this enormously moving event, attended by hundreds of mostly Spanish speaking worshipers, last year and was genuinely touched that some of the Roman soldiers today even remembered me from then! This is really something to put on your calendar now for next year.
