Jagwinder (everybody calls him Jag) and his sons Arshbir,11, and Tanbir,12, are Sikhs visiting from Mississippi, that lived in Atlanta several years ago.
"What's something no one would know from just looking at you?"
"That everyone thinks we're girls!" shouted Arshbir.
"Why's that?"
"Because our hair goes all the way down to here." (see 2nd photo)
"Is that part if your religion not to cut it?"
"It's keeping the body the way God made it," explained Jag, who works in the cellular business (I thought he’d said solar, and we laughed).
"We'll get our turbans when we're 15 or 16!" said Arshbir excitedly. The little turban he and his brother are wearing now are called patkas.
